Return Policy
Customers have a 6-day hassle-free return policy, subject to the following conditions:- Returns or exchanges are not allowed after 6 days of purchase.
- After 6 days, faulty units will be covered under our after-sales service, and a service warranty tag will be generated.
- Replacement or exchange is subject to the vendor's policy.
- A shipping charge of 50.00 USD applies to any returned units per shipment.
- If payment was made via an online gateway, a 2.5% charge on the total order applies.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Products:
- Perishable goods such as software and video games.
- Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Gift cards, downloadable software products, customized orders, toner and cartridges.
- Apple products if registered, Microsoft Surface products.
Partial Refunds:
- Licensed products, opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, and damaged items not due to our error.
- Items returned after 30 days (T&C applies).
Refunds:
- Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify customers of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a specific timeframe.
- For delays beyond 7-14 days, customers should check with their bank before contacting us.
Damaged Items on Delivery:
- Claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 12 hours of receipt.
- Returns must include all original packaging, accessories, and invoices.
- Opened items cannot be returned.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be issued only through the original mode of payment.

- For shipments over AED 2000, trackable shipping or insurance is recommended as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
